Angelos Merges’ Off Season exhibition brings together vibrant, small and large-scale paintings inspired by his childhood memories on Chios Island. His work explores themes of the human condition, blending abstract, fluid figures with a beautifully rhythmic and vibrant use of color. The repetition of hands and feet adds dynamic movement to the canvas, while the bright, synthetic colors capture and release the screen-driven esthetic that inhabits our everyday lives.
